Door Hanger Project

Materials:
- VIVA Colour Ferro
- Luminarte Silks Acrylic Glaze in Evening Primrose
- Luminarte Primary Elements Artist Pigments in Evening Primrose, Yellow Rose, Iridescent Violet, Pretty Peridot and Purple sage
- Splash of Color Door Hanger item #16279
- buttons
- Sculpey polymer clay and mold
- Sizzix Thinlit die, item#659133
- Marah Johnson's Paper Goods, Hallows Eve collage sheet #30653
- white gesso
- gel medium
- Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating
Instructions:
- Die-cut paper using Sizzix thinlit die and glue on top of hanger using gel medium.
- Create moon out of Sculpey clay and mold, adhere to door hanger.
- Using Viva Color Ferro, adhere buttons to bottom of hanger.
- Paint entire door hanger with white gesso, allow drying time.
- Paint background using Luminarte Silks Acrylic Glaze in Evening Primrose.
- Using Luminarte Primary Elements Artist Pigment in colors listed above, spray moon, buttons and desired areas with super hold hairspray, brush on pigments using a fluffy brush (make-up brushes work well) repeat for desired look.
- Cut and glue halloween art from collage sheet using a gel medium.
- Apply Krylon Crystal Clear protective finish for waterproofing project.
Spooky Bottle Project

Materials:
- Large Rectangular Bottle (Jack Daniels was used in photo)
- Viva Colour Black Glitter Paste
- Viva Colour Inka Gold Metallic Rub in Haematite
- Marah Johnson's Paper Goods, vintage book pages #30670
- Marah Johnson's Hallows Eve 6x6 paper pad #29901
- Black acrylic paint
- gel medium
- Krylon Crystal Clear Acrylic Coating
- 3M Super 77 spray adhesive
Instructions:
- Soak bottle and remove all labels, allow to dry.
- Choose and cut desired paper from pad to fit bottle.
- Spray front design of paper with spray adhesive and wrap around bottle.
- Using vintage book pages, tear pieces, collage and glue down over paper design and bottle leaving front of bottle without any art. Allow drying time.
- Paint the other areas of bottle with black acrylic paint keeping front panel naked.
- Cover top (except neck area) and bottom of bottle with black glitter paste. Allow to dry overnight.
- Apply Inka gold rub in Haematite to neck of the bottle and collaged book page edges that are on the side of bottle. Buff and your done! decorate with candle, twigs or whatever you desire.
