Splash of Jewelry via Heather

I might have mentioned that I love the new Paper Goods! I used this tiny mermaid from Vintage Beach Babes to make a pendant. Just for fun I used a cream-colored Viva Colour Paper Pen to make her bathing suit look more like clam shells. I also added some mica to the water, part of a rub on, and a brass star. 

 This empty pendant (bezel) came with a glass dome. When I placed it on the image/collage, the glass magnified it. This made it easier to see. 

With a May Arts white ribbon and a mixture of beaded chains, it was finished!
