Yet another tag from the Character Construction Tag Swap

I am back again with yet another of my tags from the Character Construction Tag Swap.  This is my Sand Dollar tag using Viva Colour Inka Gold~blues for the background.  I painted the sand dollars with Viva Colour Inka Gold~Old Silver to make them shine.  Her tail has Viva Colour Inka Gold~green painted on the bottom and thick embossing powder over the paint to give it a patina.  Her hair is Viva Colour Pearl Pen~yellow.  The decorations in her hair and her bikini top  were created with Viva Colour Pearl Pens and Glitter Pens which are so easy to use.  She was stamped on card stock using Catherine Moore’s Character Construction Stamps.  The sayings are also from the Character Construction collection She Sells Seashells.
