Showers Bring Flowers!

I love how dt member, Linda Cain combined different collections to create a pretty Spring layout! Linda recently shared with us her inspiration and technique with our new Luminarte Radiant Rain!

My son and his family just moved into a beautiful new home with flowering trees in the yard. I couldn’t resist the chance to take pictures of the girls with their umbrellas under the Magnolia tree on the little park bench.   The “Showers” theme along with Luminarte made a fun challenge for this month. I used the Radiant Rain Blue Pearl spray on the Black Doily….wonderful on dark colors!!! The letters are painted with Twinkling H2O’s Sunflower to add a metallic brightness to the page.  

I knew when I saw the “clouds” in the Kimono Breeze paper that it was a must for the page. The Petaloo flowers were the exact colors I was looking for to go with the umbrella. It was great fun putting it together. Hope you get some inspiration to Create something.
