What a crazy day it's been. I have been to school twice for indoor snow ball fights in P.E. for the girls' classes. It's a Christmas tradition for the parents to come and join in, for those that can. I am hoping to have a few more holiday pictures on my blog this weekend of all the holiday activities going on.
So I'm a little later today getting here, but I made it. I am eager to announce our winner for today,
My youngest son is now 19 and serving in Iraq. I've been searching for a Christmas project and this is fabulous! I'm going through all my photos now and I am really excited. My other son is 25 and wants a set of the books for himself too - so it looks like I'll be making 3!!!!! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful idea! I'll be anxious to see how you finish them! Julie

Julie, please send an email to mjohnson@ks-usa.net with your mailing address. You win a pack of the Noel Christmas tree epoxy. (used these on one of the book covers)
Now on to the books. I added a few extras after papering them, as you can see. It only took 1/4 of a paper to cover each book. So with a book this size, 1 12x12 paper covers 4 books and you even have extras for decorating.
I believe most everything in here is listed in my material list, except the Creative Cafe felt word (which is hiding in this image below, Creative Cafe chipboard stars, and a Creative Cafe sentence strip.
Patty asked the question if you could make your own chipboard books? Absolutely. Your books can be any size or style. You could use chipboard this exact size and ring with a binder ring. Then you could have as many pages as you need. The idea here is to choose something that works for you. If you use a larger book, you can use larger photos or even fit a few more in. For me, this is about being small and ready to go. Find what works for you.
Here are the covers of each book:
Thanks for answering my question. We had Creative Cafe Club tonight and I was telling everyone about the class you are running. Expect more visitors tomorrow. We made your fall book that you had on your website several months ago. What fun.

Wow, these are so beautiful and unique! I look forward to seeing more. Have you ever thought about putting together a kit for this project? I am certain that several of us would snatch them up in a hurry! Unfortunately, my local scrapbook store does not carry your amazing products. Have a great day! KristinA.
