One of my favorite things about living in New England has to be the change of Seasons. I love that we live so close to the ocean and enjoy the warm, sunny Summers but by far the most beautiful Season has to be Autumn. The crisp Fall air, pumpkin picking and the array of colorful leaves, are all favorites for me. I especially enjoy designing classes during this time of the year to hold our memories of apple picking, jumping in piles of leaves, or visiting our local farm to find the perfect pumpkin!
Creative Imaginations has so many different Fall collections that work well together. I designed the project below to teach at my local store, Right At Home for this weekend's upcoming Scrappink event. I started with the Bare Elements Conrad Book and adding both new and previously released paper collections. The book combines two new collections, Art Warehouse's New Harvest Moon and Teri Martin's Thankful, and some seasonal favorites from Renae's House Autumn Breeze , Marah Johnson Marquis, and Creative Cafe Lucky
Collectons. The Auturmn Breeze 12 x 12 White Chipboard was a perfect embellishment for the front cover. Adding color was simple, I started with Alcohol inks and in a matter of minutes the chipboard was transformed into an array of Fall colors! You can find more of our 12x12 white chipboard that matches several of our collections here.
Have a Happy Fall!
